ABOUT ME

As a mom, wife, business owner, nonprofit leader, marathoner, coach, author and speaker - plus some roles I'm likely forgetting - I get it! We are all busy people. Life is busy. I've been able to sift through the "busyness of life" to prioritize, practice consistent discipline, and get after my goals in unimaginable ways.  

Going from obeisty to marathoner was never a goal I think I'd actually enjoy - but everything I've learned along the way has led me to this point. To a point where I am stepping into my potential and purpose in the spirit of helping others do the same! 

Our juggle doesn't mean we have to give up on our hopes and dreams - we just have to figure out what can work and how! That's why mindset plays such a key role. And, that's why I specialize in mindset work in pursuit of your goals!

Your definition of winning is yours. And, I'm here to help! I'm a firm believer in enjoying the journey. Every step of the way is important. Every piece of learning is a growth opportunity.  Every challenge is something we can one day celebrate something that strengthened us.  

I created Marathon Mindset system on how to support achieving your goals because we (all to often!) can overcomplicate things. So, I wanted to simplify how we approach goals. Tools to expand our mindsets are important, but how we apply them is more significant. That is why my work is rooted in helping people maximize their potential by igniting their fire within —in life, business, and beyond!

My energy, my vibe, and my heart are all fueled by fun.  My blood type is B+ so that's just how I roll - with optimism and a spirit that, even when met with challenges, is looking up - always on a quest to seek significance, meaning and intentionally ignite my own path forward, with joy!  Life is precious, so we must live, with joy!

My work in coaching, consulting and communicating is also done with joy. With you and your goals in mind - because what is on your heart for you or your business matters, and I want to help you see those dreams be a reality - with joy for the journey!  If I sound like a broken record on joy, I unapologetically am!
