Hi! I'm Erica! I'm a mom, wife, author, coach, business owner and goal getter who has gone from obesity to marathoner. In that journey, I've learned (and continue to learn!) a lot. Despite great support and mentors, one big thing I learned is how lonely the journey can feel when we are truly getting after what matters most to us. So, I wanted to create a place where goal getters everyehwere felt supported and excited about their path!
As an adventurer who loves to gaze at the flames of a campfire and dream bigger, I had an idea to make it so we can all feel supported as we dream a little bigger! After all, who doesn’t love a good campfire?
That’s why I’m launching monthly Campfire Chats through my Spark Your Ascent collaboration to support your goals, your growth and your mindset! Couple that with a supportive online community and ongoing biweekly email inspiration to ignite your fire within in pursuit of your goals!

Monthly Campfire Chats, held on the third Tuesday of every month, rotate between guest speakers and group coaching on a topic related to goals and mindset.
These online meetings will be recorded and shared for the group to refer back to or catch on replay!
